Greg Bugay, VP of Channel Development

Greg Bugay is an expert at designing and implementing Channel Partner Programs in the hosted IT market. Greg has spent 26 years in hosted IT which certainly was at its very inception. He began managing and implementing a hosted Enterprise Voice Mail System (VMXII) for Zenith Data Systems and Zenith Electronics Corp in 1985. Yes, hosting does go back that far!

Since then, Greg has held many successful senior management positions for hosted services companies. He was the founder of an $11 million hosted subsidiary of a customer premise manufacturer and a former Branch Manager for Wang Laboratories.

Greg recently joined Veddio Cloud Solutions as the VP of Channel Development to design and implement the Channel Partner Program. He realizes that there is much confusion in the marketplace regarding the “Cloud”. Greg is quoted as saying: ”My mission is to make Veddio Cloud Solutions easy to understand and implement. In other words: Help Channel Partners “Get Ahead of the CLOUD.”” The one consistent lesson Greg has learned in the hosted services industry: when providing mission critical services, you are only as good as the service you provided that day.

Greg is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where he received a Bachelors of Science, Business Administration Degree with a secondary concentration in Flight Training earning a Commercial/Instrument Pilot’s License.
In his spare time Greg enjoys time with his family scuba diving and enjoying the beautiful nature of South Florida. Greg is also a devoted “Foodie” who spends time relaxing in the kitchen concocting the next best all natural recipe to share with family and friends.
